NC/NCCA - VA/ODCA Business Meeting: 8:30 - 9:00am (separately)	Round  5:   8:00am  - 10:30am
Round 1:       9:00am - 11:30pm	6:  10:30am - 1:00pm
Lunch:        11:30pm - 12:30pm	Lunch:    1:00pm  -  2:00pm
Round 2:     12:30pm - 3:00pm	7:    2:00pm -  4:30pm
Round 3:       3:00pm - 5:30pm	8:    4:30pm -  7:00pm
Round 4:       5:30pm - 8:00pm	Closing Ceremony: 7:00pm - 7:30pm

Tournament will be played under a 3-Move Restriction format, using the Swiss System of pairing/scoring with only a final re-pair round if necessary. There will be 8 rounds at  2½ hours per round (1¼ hours) per game. We will play in the Conference Room 1st floor: 4 rounds Friday, 1 round before lunch and break for a 1 hour lunch at 11:30 until 12:30 (various restaurants are open, then 3 rounds afterwards, an early start of 8am for 4 rounds Saturday - 2 rounds before lunch then break for a 1 hour lunch, and 2 rounds afterwards, hopefully finished by 7:30 pm. 

Friday, November 12th in our opening business meeting Ryan Pronk made the motion we play our tournament as posted except with 11 players charging a $25 entry fee and play 7 rounds: 4 Friday and 3 rounds Saturday, start at 9;00 am each day, seconded by Tim Laverty and carried.
